This film industry veteran recently received an Academy Award for his post production sound work on the 1995 film "Braveheart."

Lon, however, is no stranger to recognition in the post production sound arena. At the age of 18, after founding his own sound company, Walla Works, he garnered an Academy Award nomination for the film COAL MINER'S DAUGHTER. Lon also received Academy Award attention for his Sound Supervisor work on GLORY and the LAST OF THE MOHICANS which were awarded the Academy Award for Best Sound.

In 1983, Lon teamed with Wylie Stateman to form Soundelux. Today Soundelux is considered one of the finest post production sound facilities in the world.

Lon Bender's producing credits include HOBO JUNGLE a documentary about the annual hobo convention in Iowa as well as the pilot television series entitled EXCELLENT TV.

Richard Raddon's producing credits include the 1994 LIVE entertainment release ...AND GOD SPOKE, and the independent feature film THE WOMAN IN THE MOON, starring Maria de Madeiros (PULP FICTION, HENRY AND JUNE), Portia de Rossi (SIRENS), and Brooke Smith (KANSAS CITY, VANYA ON 42nd STREET).  Rich was nominated for the 1998 Ralph Lauren Producing Award at the Independent Spirit Awards, the Oscars of indie film.  His most recent film is entitled A SLIPPING DOWN LIFE, based on an ANN TYLER novel.  It stars LILY TAYLOR and L.A CONFIDENTIAL's GUY PEARCE.

Richard is originally from Chicago and has also produced a series of informative Public Service Announcements, commercials and several short films. Prior to that, he served as an assistant to writer/producer/director John Hughes.

SHOOTING LILY is Richard's third feature film.

David Baxter received his Master of Fine Arts this June from UCLA's Independent Film Producers Program. Prior to his time at UCLA he worked as an assistant to documentary director Errol Morris (THIN BLUE LINE and BRIEF HISTORY OF TIME) and was last employed as director of development for producer Sean Hepburn Ferrer's Breezeway Entertainment.

David left Breezeway to pursue his masters at UCLA and to produce his first feature film, SHOOTING LILY. Baxter grew up in Detroit, Michigan and attended the University of Michigan, where he received a BA in psychology.
