and just for fun, here's my 11-20 (IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER) AMERICAN PIE it reminded me of the great teen comedies of the 80s but this one had a lot of heart AUSTIN POWERS 2 I loved the original and this one had even more laughs. CIDER HOUSE RULES you can tell this movie comes from the love of the filmmakers. A great drama. GO Good structure, good filmmaking, just simple fun INSIDER Russell Crowe is so good, he makes a dull subject seem interesting. MAGNOLIA The first half is unbelievable. It goes down from there but a noble effort. MATRIX Reinventing the franchise sci fi movie with great story and effects. Perhaps the STAR WARS of the next millennium. SIXTH SENSE an unexpected surprise that keeps you guessing all the way to the end. Even Bruce Willis is good. SOUTH PARK MOVIE Guilty Pleasure, but I loved the musical number! SWEET AND LOWDOWN a perfect title for this film, sweet. Sean Penn is amazing and Samantha Morton is great without saying a word. The music is a must own soundtrack.
And Finally... WORST FILM OF THE YEAR DOGMA Someone needs to stop Kevin Smith from directing and editing his own movies. He actually managed to make $15 million look like $200,000.
